These 4 dining chair seat covers by Comqualife, are new, I used a cushion to demonstrate what the covers look like, and this cushion is 17" x 17", and approx. 2" thick, so will definitely fit an 18" x 18" seat, Company says that each fits a seat length of 14-18", and a seat width of 14-18", 4 attached white ties on the inside of the covers, elasticized all around the cover to make it easy to fit, and made of Polyester and Spandex.
