These high waist skinny cotton jeggings, by George, are new, burgundy or green in Size 8 (waist is 28" laying flat, without stretching (very stretchy, so will fit a 30-31" waist), super  skinny legs and fitted through hip and thigh, the inseam is 29.5",  68% Cotton, 28% Polyester, and 4% Spandex; very soft and stretchy, slim, stretch fit throughout, 2 back pockets, belt loops, and pull-on style.   I am selling each pair for $8.
