These high top LED shoes by Odema are new, silver, Size 4.5 Youth; the inside of the shoe measures 9", for boys and girls, the shoes take approx. 2.5hrs. to charge, the USB cord is included (not a charger), for LED - press the red button on the inside of the shoe, where you plug the cord in, to turn on, then every time you press the button, it changes the colour, goes to flashing colour, then off. eg red, green, blue, yellow, sky blue, purple, lace up with velcro strap and buckle, rubber sole, and comfortable lining.  Thanks for looking.
