Men's Lightweight Cycling/Hiking Pants Navy Size L

These cycling/hiking pants are new, unbranded from Amazon, navy, 29" waist, laying flat without stretching, and very elasticized.  These are marked XL, but should be a  Size L, as these kinds of pants should be a tighter (not too tight) fit so they stay in place.   The inseam is 30". elasticized waist with a tie on the inside front, clip and zipper fasten, 2 side pockets, 1 zippered pocket at the back, about 3 inches down from the waist, 2 small up and down zippered pockets on the side back on each leg, zipper opening on the bottom of each leg, reflective strips on front and back, lightweight, and 88% Polyester, 12% Spandex.  Thanks for looking.
