These sports shorts by Brokig, are new, Size S; i measured the waist to be 29" (without stretching), so will fit up to 31" waist.  These shorts are long; approx. 14", have 2 zippered pockets to store items while running or working out, an elasticized waistband with ties, so you can adjust the waist, and they are made of 65% Cotton, 35% Polyester.  Thanks for looking.
