Pokemon 23K Gold-Plated Trading Card Chizard for Ages 3+

This Pokemon gold-plated trading card Chizard, is inside a red Pokeball, sealed in package since purchased.  This is a limited edition Pokemon trading card from 1999.  Chizard is a flying dragon-like Pokemon with a flame at the end of his tail.  This item is not recommended for children under the age of 3.  Thanks for looking.
