This toddler boys OSHKOSH plaid shirt is new, Colour is PL on the tag (black gray white), button front and cuff, the inside of the neck and cuff has a gray denim strip, so you can roll the cuff up and button if you want, Size 4T; Company sizing is height 39-41.5in/99-105cm and weight 34-37.5lb/15.4-17kg, and it is made of 100% Cotton.  I measured the chest of the shirt, laying flat, from armpit to armpit, then doubled, and it is approx. 27", and the length is approx. 16".  Thanks for looking.
