Toddler Girls Cat & Jack "Palms" Dress

These toddler Cat & Jack dresses, are new, in Sherbert Orange Palms Pattern/Colour, Sizes 18M and 4T, have tie straps, and they are 100% Cotton.  The Company has on the tag that the 18M fits 31-32.5in height, and 23.5-26lb.  The Size 4T fits 39-43in height, and 32.5-37lb.  I measured the chest from armpit to armpit (doubled), and the 18M chest measures 21", length 15", and the 4T chest measures 25", length 19".  The length is from the bottom of the strap down.  The picture is the 18M Size.  Thanks for looking.
