Women's Dark Green Dress by Dress Tales Size S

This dress by Dress Tales is new with no tag attached, green, marked Size M, however I measured it, and the chest measures 32" and the waist measures 30", and my mannequin is a Size S(4-6) and this dress fits perfectly, so it is a Size S.  This dress comes with a belt to match.  This dress has cap sleeves, zipper closure at back, and is made of Cotton and Spandex.  Thanks for looking.
