These high-rise denim midi shorts by Universal Thread, are new, medium denim wash, stretchy distressed design with an unfinished hem, high-rise (sit right below the belly button, 4" inseam, 2 front pockets, 1 watch pocket, 2 back pockets, and they have a button and zipper closure/pull-on.  Marked Size 10, and I measured the waistband without stretching, and it is 33".
