These faux leather leggings by Wild Fable, are new, black, lightweight, soft, very stretchy, high-waisted, and Size 2X; Company Sizing Guide - waist 40.5" and hip 48.25".  I measured the waist to be approx. 41" (laying flat without stretching), and the inseam is approx. 27".  These leggings are Polyester/Spandex.  Thanks for looking.
