Women's High-Rise Cuffed Black Midi Jean Shorts Size 0, 2

These high-rise cuffed midi shorts by Universal Thread Goods Co., are new, no fade black, stretchy, button and zipper closure, sit just below the waist, 2 front pockets with 1 small pocket, and 2 back pockets, 4" inseam, and they are made of 90% Cotton, 8% Polyester, and 2% Lycra.  I measured these shorts, laying flat without stretching.  Please note that these measurements are as close as I can get.  The mannequin is wearing Size 2, and these fit her with no extra room. She usually fits into a regular Size S (4-6).  Thanks for looking.
