These culottes by George, are new, in Plus Sizes 18W; the waist measures 36" (without stretching) and the inseam is 22" , Size 22W; the waist measures 40" (without stretching) and the inseam is 22.5", and Size 24W; the waist measures 42" and the inseam measures 22.5".
